1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking any service from Toke Medical Center (Toke Medical Center, "TMC", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Medical Services

All medical and aesthetic procedures are performed by licensed practitioners registered with the Albanian Medical Order. Results vary by individual; no specific outcome is guaranteed. A free consultation is required before any procedure to confirm suitability.

3. Bookings and Payments

To confirm a procedure date, a deposit of [X%] is required. Final payment is due [WHEN]. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, bank transfer. Prices quoted in EUR include [WHAT'S INCLUDED — e.g. surgery, anesthesia, aftercare, one follow-up]; they do not include [WHAT'S EXCLUDED — flights, accommodation, optional extras].

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation more than [X] days before the procedure date: full refund of deposit.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Notify TMC of any complications promptly.

6. Informed Consent

Before any procedure, you must sign a written informed-consent form detailing the procedure, expected results, risks, complications, alternatives, and recovery.

7. Liability

TMC carries professional liability insurance as required by Albanian law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Complaints

Complaints should be addressed in writing to tokemedicalcenter@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and resolve within 30 days. If unresolved, you may contact the Albanian Ministry of Health.

All content on this website is the property of TMC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Albanian law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Tirana, Albania. EU patients retain consumer rights under EU Directive 2011/24/EU on cross-border healthcare.
