Real client results — premium European pigments, single-use blades
I stopped filling my brows in the morning. The strokes look like real hairs — even my hairdresser asked who did them.
L.K., Italy 🇮🇹 — Microblading, 2024
Hand-drawn strokes, healed soft and natural — designed around your face, not a template.
Microblading uses a fine micro-blade to deposit pigment in hair-stroke patterns at the surface of the skin. Each stroke is mapped to follow your natural brow growth, so the healed result looks like real hair — crisp on day one, settled and refined after the 6–8 week touch-up.
A misted, ombré effect that looks like a softly filled brow — light at the start, denser toward the tail, with a finish that reads as pencil-soft rather than tattoo-hard.
Powder shading is applied with a digital machine that lays down tiny pigment dots in layers, building a translucent gradient. It's especially well-suited to oily or combination skin, where hair-stroke techniques can blur over time, and to clients who like the look of a softly made-up brow.

Premium technique, Tirana prices
The best of both worlds — crisp hand-drawn hair strokes at the front of the brow, blended into soft powdered density toward the tail for the most dimensional, natural-looking finish.
Combo brows (sometimes called mixoshading) combine manual microblading with machine-applied powder shading in the same session. The result is a brow that has texture where it matters and depth where it sells the look — ideal when you want both definition and fullness.
A small selection of recent results. Every brow is mapped to the face in consultation — healed results vary by skin and aftercare.

European-standard PMU at a fraction of the cost — paired with the warmth of the Mediterranean and a studio that talks to you, not at you.
At Toke Medical Center, our PMU artists focus on shape, safety, and a healed result you'll still love a year from now. Tirana is a practical choice for premium brow work — the same pigments and tooling used in top EU studios, planned around your travel and finished with a proper touch-up.
A clear, four-step path designed around clarity, comfort, and healed-result longevity.
Share your goals and skin history. We map a custom brow shape on your face — drawn in pencil first so you see and approve the look before any pigment.
If your skin is sensitive or reactive, we'll patch test the pigment at least 48 hours before your session — no pressure, no surprises.
Topical numbing, then layered pigment application — by hand for microblading, by machine for powder, or both for combo. You'll leave with brows you love day one.
Six to eight weeks later, we refine pigment retention and tweak any soft spots. Aftercare instructions and ongoing support are part of every package.
Experiences from people who chose Toke Medical Center for their brows
"They mapped my brows before touching a needle. I felt totally in control and the healed result is the most natural PMU I've seen on anyone."
"I'd done powder brows once before in Berlin and hated how harsh they healed. The team here softened the shape, used a lighter pigment, and now they look real."
"Honest advice — they actually talked me out of full combo and into microblading first because of my skin type. I appreciate that."
Common questions about permanent brows at Toke Medical Center
It comes down to skin type and the look you want. Hair-stroke microblading reads most natural on dry to normal skin. Powder shading suits oily or combination skin and gives a soft makeup finish. Combo brows mix both for maximum dimension. We'll recommend a technique in consultation based on your skin and goals — never a hard sell.
We use a topical numbing cream before and during the session. Most clients describe the feeling as a faint scratching or pressure rather than pain. Sessions are paced with breaks if you need them.
Typical wear is 1–2 years for microblading, 1.5–2.5 years for powder and combo, depending on your skin, sun exposure, and aftercare. Most clients refresh every 12–18 months. The touch-up at 6–8 weeks is included in your initial package and is essential for longevity.
Brows look bold for the first 5–7 days, then lighten as the skin sheds, before settling into their final tone by week 4. We'll give you a clear written aftercare plan and check in along the way. The touch-up at 6–8 weeks refines anything that needs adjustment.
Every blade, needle cartridge, and pigment cap is single-use and opened in front of you. We follow strict hygiene and sterilisation protocols. Pigments are CE-marked, EU-sourced, and labelled with their ingredients. Patch testing is available on request.
Often yes — but it depends on what's there. Send us a clear photo when you book and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reshape and revive your existing PMU, or whether removal/fading is recommended first.
Yes. Many of our PMU clients travel to Tirana. Plan for the first session and a touch-up roughly 6–8 weeks later — we can coordinate the schedule around your travel dates.
